I have lots of names and employee ID#'s for an open order which was supposed to be delivered on 10/25. Everyone states they will all me back but nobody ever follows up. I wrote Pottery Barn Kids several times to try to get a price match. I have heard zero from them. I ordered a tree topper in the morning for $27 and by that night it was $20. I am also trying to get a price match on stockings but I doubt that will happen.

The package arrived damaged. The items were all bent and broken. Pottery barn won't issue me a refund unless I sned the items back. The box they sent is damaged amd I requested a new box to return them in. They refuse to send one. They say I can return it to a store but that is 50 miles away. Also the items had to be assemebled and ghe description was misleading.
