First, I provided my email because their website offered a 15% off coupon. I received the email with the code and it was invalid- would not work. Called customer service, nothing they can do. False advertisement and very misleading. Made the mistake of moving forward with my purchase since it said it would be delivered before my kids start school. Here I am the day before school starts waiting for my order. I call them only to find out they are on BACK ORDER and don't know when they will have them ready. Why do you allow customers to order items you do not have in stock!! Very frustrating to be dealing with this right before school starts. Now I have to go find alternatives last minute. Cute backpacks- completely overpriced and NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.
