I bought a bedroom set for my 2yr old daughter on may 23rd. After I called to request the status of the order I was told that there was delay because of the nightstand. I contacted PBK customer care & I was informanded by email & phone that the order was complete, to make a delivery appointment.
After 9 weeks, to my disbelief, the trundle was missing so I refused to accepect it!
As a costumer I ask, what do I need to do to get what I paid for? This is unacceptable! Terrible customer service!!
