My first time ordering. Thought this was high end and up-scale Ordered in-stock items that said ready to ship; it didn’t ship for 2 weeks.
Called customer service and was disconnected 3x. No answer b/c they didn’t understand why it had not shipped. When I received order the personalized monogramming was crooked and unacceptable...like diagonal crooked and off-centered. Returned it to the Houstin brick and mortar store.
Service was great there. Received the replacement item...off-centered again but at least it was straight. The merchandise is way over-priced for the quality. The service for on-line purchases is deplorable.
First and last time I will honor this institution with my business. This was a terrible experience and a huge waste of my time and $$. Buyer beware.
And btw, I do almost all my shopping online. This is inexcusable.
