I ordered stockings and a few hours later decided I needed to cancel. I called customer service and they just said sorry.
No help what so ever. The order hadn’t even been processed so was confused why they wouldn’t allow me to cancel. Did say bc it was personalized I couldn’t. Which I also had mentioned that I personalized wrong and they just said they couldn’t do anything and just have to have those.
Im wanting to be understanding about this bc can see and want to respect thier store policy.
I have many, many things purchased from pottery barn and have been so happy. This however was very disappointing and I am frustrated that they were unable to work with me on this.
