I bought I glider for my nursery 3 weeks ago, received an email saying my order was ready for delivery, reply to it and never received a confirmation. I called 3 times, waited for more than 30 minutes and they don't answer the phone.
Sent emails and nothing too. How do you talk with customer service?? Where is my order that I payed almost $1,400. Never again!
I hope it arrives before the baby! Unbelievable!
