Purchased a plush rocker and a few days later I received an email that the very same rocker was 30% off.Contacted PB consumer service and was told that they no longer offer the 30 day price adjustment policy.

I'm beyond angry at this time! Furthermore, they already jipped me on the 10% completion rebate for our registry. Apparently PB reserves the right to change their policies as they wish without any care or concerns for the consumer. Unfortunately, we cannot return the merchandise as we got it personalized otherwise I would send their stuff back immediately.

I'm done with PB!!!Beware if you choose to shop there.

Reason of review: overpaid for products.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Price adjustment.

Same issue but with a backpack. I will shop there again but will keep this in mind

at least you are not going psycho on this issue. This person wrote the same complaint to another website and claimed this made her so angry that she took her anger out on her child physically, someone reported it to the police and with an Ip trace they were able to track this psycho down. She does not deserve to be a parent.
