My daughter-in-law registered for her twins nursery, and as dutiful grandparents we ordered thousands of dollars of merchandise. My complaint is everything we ordered, had no details of when it was going to ship. I expected everything to ship in a matter of weeks. The babies are here we're still waiting for several items. as you can see, i ordered these items the beginning of October. We still don't know when the rocking chair will be delivered.

I've tried calling. I've spent more hours on hold with rude customer service people. I've asked to speak to supervisors and managers and my request is always denied. Please help!
