I ordered a anywhere chair for my granddaughters first birthday in February - had to call to get name spelled correctly because you have to call if the name has more than one capital letter in the name. The first one came in spelled wrong, called and they shipped another that was supposed to be right - wrong again.
Called a third time and was assured it would be correct and in time for her birthday - wrong a third time. Called a fourth time to talk to supervisor and was put on hold for 15 minutes and then phone cut off. Called back and was told they can't do the name that way - then was told - they will issue a credit on the cover and recharge my card for the cover because they did it incorrectly.
Asked to speak to supervisor again - and been on hold for 26 minutes as I type - still no supervisor. Now being told can't be done the way I wanted and they can't rush the order so won't be here in time to get name monogrammed in time for her birthday.
