Ordered a custom Full Headboard from PPK in January. Got an email in March that you care was charged and the bed was shipped.
Couple of weeks passed and no bed showed up. Called them to see what was going on and they told me they can't seem to locate where my bed was. THEY LOST A HEADBOARD. Weeks passed after the initial call and still no bed.
I told them to give me a refund and to not bother delivering it if found.
I would not want my son to have a bed that has been who knows where. Really disappointed
